iOS 18.3 mail app issue

The mail update shows how many emails I have in total with all of my 7 email accounts but not longer shows the number flags that tell me which email account got the new mail. I can see all of the emails in the all inboxes tab but I prefer to go to the mail box so I can respond from that email mail. Can I fix this. It’s very inconvenient.
