How do I update WhatsApp when Apple ID and iTunes are disabled?

I’m trying to update my WhatsApp to the current version but I can’t because my Apple ID and iTunes has been disabled

I can’t update my WhatsApp app because my Apple Store ID is disabled my Apple ID is disabled in iTunes and App Store how do I fix that, I already changed the password and signed out and signed back in

Follow If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support to call or chat Apple directly for assistance.
