Even though my iOS version is 18.1 and I have a 15 pro max, I was looking for a “clean up” feature on my camera roll to edit my photo and I couldn't find it, is this because my phone is CHA version? How can I fix this issue?

The CH/A model means your iPhone was intended for sale in Mainland China. Apple Intelligence is currently not supported there yet, so you won’t be able to access the Clean Up tool.
