Hi everyone,
I recently noticed a charge of 11.83$ from iTunes on my account, but I can’t figure out where is it coming from. I checked all my subscriptions and purchase history in the App Store and even went to reportaproblem.apple.com, but nothing shows up.
Does anyone know what else I can do to track this down or who I can contact? I’d really appreciate any advice!

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.
But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:
