Airpod Pro (2nd Generation) - Lanyard Loop Missing in Box

Hi, I brought Airpod Pro (2nd Generation) from Apple website. On opening the box I found that the lanyard Loop is not availlable in the box. what should I do? how do i contact customer care for the same?
