How can I improve streaming quality on Apple TV?

I recently bought "Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning" on my account label says 4K. but it looks standard definition I don't know if there is anything apple can do.

Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning streaming quality on Apple TV 4K Hi, I recently bought "Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning" on my 4K Apple TV. While all my other 4K purchases play perfectly, "Dead Reckoning" is disappointingly low in quality—it looks even worse than standard definition, to be honest. Interestingly, the extras included look fantastic, but the main feature is of significantly poor quality. Do you have any idea why this might be happening, especially since all other films I've purchased in the 4K section have been great? (by the way it is playing in low quality across all my devices including macbook and iPhone. Could it be a fault with the stream itself?)

Apple TV+/Library Content Buffering Issues Is anyone else having streaming issues (buffering and low streaming quality) with Apple TV+ and Library content in the Apple TV 4K and MacBook devices the last couple days? I tried watching Echo Valley and Dune Part One last night and the video quality was so awful I kept restarting it. Today I was able to watch Dune in 4K resolution without a problem but Dune Part Two wouldn’t even start playing or pause suddenly. It’s weir cause Apple usually has amazing streaming quality

Apple TV not playing in 4K on Google Chromecast Yesterday, I bought a movie on Apple TV that was advertised to be streamed in 4K. However, when I played it on my TV through Google Chromecast, it only played in a pixelated SD format. I tried watching other content from my Apple TV library, but everything played in bad SD format. It seems Apple TV now doesn't allow playing in 4K on Google Chromecast. Has anyone else experienced issues with streaming in 4K with the Apple TV App on Google Chromecast? It's disappointing that now I can't watch my purchased Apple TV content in high definition on my television. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
