Automations “Speak Text” Selection issue with Apple Intelligence

I have experienced this issue with the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

I have Siri American Voice 2 selected for the overall system voice. Once Apple Intelligence is enabled, the Automations Speak Text works perfectly; but either after the phone is rebooted once or twice or after a short period of time, the Speak Text downloaded voice selected do not appear - Siri reverts back to system voice when executing Automations with "Speak Text".

This issue can be reproduced when Apple Intelligence is enabled, then rebooting the phone once or twice. The Automations with "Speak Text" will not have the option for the downloaded voices as options - the only options are the original system Siri voice choices.

This issue still persists with the final iOS 18 release. There has been no response from Apple about this issue.
