Migration from Macbook Pro to Mac Air M3

When I move the cursor on my screen, all apps on my screen show a little number. Now do I get cancel this, so you don't see this number anymore

Apple menu > Accessibility > Voice Control is turned on.

Quitting System Settings I get an alert to agree to ICloud terms. I usually cancel as I do not want to store data in the ICloud on my MacPro laptop. Now I cannot get the window to allow me to use the cancel button that I would agree to the new ICloud terms as I have been doing. This has resulted in me not being able to close my system settings window. I can do check my email and go online, but I cannot close the agreement window or the System Settings window. When I try I get the "boink" sound and nothing happens. I cannot even click on the box for agreeing, there is no sound, but the box does not show a check sign. What do I do to close my system settings window?

Upgrading has lost me a lot of useful functions I have just bought a M2 Macbook Air to replace the 2014 Macbook Pro that I have used for ten years. I now find that there are some important programmes that I use every day and that have now disappeared. The main ones are: Dashboard Adobe Acrobat Professional iPlayer. I am about to return the M2 Air as I cannot see any way to replace what I have lost. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
