To setup iCloud Keychain, in iCloud, I don't see anything

I wanted to enable iCloud Keychain on my Mac. However, in system settings->iCloud, I dont see anything.

Issue with Keychain Access in MacVentura Hi @team, I am trying to turn on keychain in iCloud, which used to be on, before this update, but unfortunately nothing happens. Is there a chance I can get in touch with one of you in the Genius team? I am experiencing several downfalls since the update, that I don't even recognise Mac23 anymore. It feels like I am back in the 90s. Thanks, G
