I brought a braided solo loop watch strap over 6 months ago as it is one of the only apple straps I can wear that I am not alergic to. I have woken up today and one of the loops has seen to have come undone and after I had pulled it over my wrist to have a better look more loops are coming undone. Will apple replace this strap for me as it is not an error fault.

You should contact the official Apple Support about that, some accessory is also covered, in case of "defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Apple's published guidelines"
