Satechi Hub for iMAC

Satechi Hub USB-C Slim Dock for Imac is working but not for SD/micro SD cards. They are not recognized by the Imac. External SSD and USB pen are OK but not SD cards

unable to connect an external drive to a dock/hub I am unable to connect an external hard drive to a USB C/Thunderbolt 3 docking station on a 2020 M1 Mac Mini. I've tried two hard drives, one of which has it's own power source, which connect when directly attached to the Thunderbolt port but do not through the docking station. From what I gather online, my Finder settings are correct. Any thoughts on what is wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.

I am assuming that you already tried connecting this hub to other USB-C ports on your iMac ... correct? If so, and that did resolve this issue, I suggest that you contact Satechi support for further assistance with this matter.
