Iphone 15 plus camera problem

My device is an iPhone 15 plus, not pro, can't focus when taking close-ups at a distance of 10cm While old iPhones (X,11,12) can do that, does anyone have the same problem as me?

I did tell you.😀 The lens doesn’t focus as close as previous models. Your camera takes macro or closeup images, but from a little further away.

All lens have a minimum focus distance. For example my $5000 Canon R3 with a $1400 1X lens doesn’t focus any closer than about 16” or 40cm.

Think about it. Apple has enabled an under $1000 iPhone camera to take pictures my $6400 camera can’t.

If you need macro images, consider purchasing a third party macro lens. Some of the better lenses are by Moment and Reeflex.
