That does not mean your iPhone has viruses/malware, in fact it is nearly impossible to do so. The only way is jail breaking where your iPhone and Apple Account login must physically be in the hands of the hacker. Even so, they will not target the average person, they will go for high status people, as jail breaking requires lots of expertise and money.

If your calls are not going through, contact your carrier. If your Facebook account is compromised, contact their support. If your Facetime is not working, review this: If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support All your issues do not indicate your iPhone is hacked.

Nothing you've said indicates that your phone has been "hacked." In fact, that's very unlikely.

Start here for troubleshooting steps if you can't make calls:

If your call fails or you can’t receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

For issues with your Facebook account, you'll need to contact Facebook. That has nothing to do with Apple or your iPhone.

Unless you give more details about what "Facetime not working" means, it's going to be hard to make sensible suggestions.
