All Shortcuts that Skip Foward or Back stopped working with ios 18.3

Starting with 18.3 all the shortcuts I created that Fast Forward (Skip Forward) or Rewind (Skip Back) my multiple ATVs stopped working. They all worked prior to 18.3. When I try to execute any of those shortcuts the error msg is "The operation took to long to respond, Please try again" Though that msg appears very quickly. I've restarted all ATVs, the iphone and the network. The ios remotes from the control center are all working fine. The problem with those remotes re they only do 10 seconds skip and my Shortcuts would to that as well as 90 second skips. With the ios remote I have to tap the phone about 35 times. I mainly use these shortcuts when watching content from YouTube TV, but it fails regardless of the ATV app.
