I clicked into a link in Instagram about the Apple Watch Series 9 offer at only RM 179 and it’s very tempting being curious I registered my full name my address and my phone number and they even had Facebook account and messenger I messaged them but they didn’t reply me..is this a scam? If it is what should I do

Almost certainly a scam. No one is going to sell a real, usable Apple Watch for only $40 US. Either they'd send you a fake or nothing at all, or it was a trick to get your personal information to use for various nefarious purposes.
Whether it's a scam or not, I don't know - but if in doubt, leave it out... or, if it looks too good to be true it probably isn't true. Avoid, would be my choice even if it is tempting.
Besides your personal data, they probably want to sell something else.
Plus, a new Apple Watch comes with watchOS 11 preinstalled, so so also need an iPhone that has iOS 18 installed.
