Got a refurbished MacBook Air 2017 i5 8g and it's soooo slowwwwww- my older MacBook Air runs faster than this! Ran an etre report that just said "computer might be obsolete." :-(

Uninstall MacKeeper by following the developer's instructions. Anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac and will usually cause more problems than they solve because the interfere with the normal operation of macOS at a very low level.
