How to open a Mac app from an unidentified developer in OS 15.3 Sequoia?

Until OS 14 it was easy to stop the firewall, go to system settings --> security --> "install anyway" , start the firewall again. And the app was ready for action.

Since Sequoia this no longer works.

There still must be a way to do it.

If anybody knows, how? Please let us know.

Thanks!
