Ihave a macbook air and don't know whih processor it has or what the model # is. howthere is nothing printed on the macbook itself. how do Ifind this information? does it have thunderboltX or just the two usb ports???

If you can't turn on the Mac, then you should be able to find the serial number on the underside by the hinge.
