Why isn’t SIRI working on iPhone 16 Pro after system update to 18.3.1?
I update my iPhone 16 Pro to 18.3.1, and SIRI will not respond even after redoing for SIRI to respond

I just had the same problem with my iPhone 16 Pro. I tried everything suggested like reprogramming Siri to recognizer my voice.. Rebooted a couple times. Still nothing. Talking with support under Siri responses, they had me turn on Always show Siri captions and Always show requests. Rebooted again and it worked. Went back in and turned those off and Siri continued to work. Hope this helps!
