How to get live chat support for iPhone and MacBook communication issues while traveling?

Im having issues with communication between my iPhone and MacBook .. ive used the community page and tried multiple options to help troubleshoot although the issue still remains .. how can I get in contact with apple? I am travelling so cannot call, is there a live chat where I can communicate with an apple team member for assistance?
