My iPhone is constantly hacked by my neighbors. When I do a hard reset my iPhone 13 and 16 pro maxes are not able to come out of it even with my computer this is a bug for sure Apple should fix this so the phones comes

My iPhone 16 Pro Max is stuck in recovery mode my iphone 16 pro max is stuck in the recoverymode,it is the screen that has the two phones on it… I tried using my friends iPhone to get it out of it, but it just says I must to be connected to wifi, even though I am. Any idea? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
