Spotlight Search Not Finding Apps After Upgrading to macOS Sequoia

Description:

Since updating to macOS Sequoia, Spotlight no longer prioritizes applications when I search using Command + Space. Previously, I could type a few letters (e.g., "pho" for Photoshop or "mo" for Monday App) and instantly launch apps. Now, Spotlight mostly returns random files or web searches instead.

I've already tried:

• Adjusting Spotlight settings to exclude unnecessary categories
• Rebuilding the Spotlight index

Despite these steps, app searches still don't work correctly—for example, typing "bridge" now brings up a Safari search for the card game instead of launching Adobe Bridge.
