I just updated my Mac and I keep getting the message about Usernoted wants to use your confidential information stored in” com.apple.facetime:registratiomV1” in your keychain . I choose to Deny and keeps looping and doesn’t disappear. What is it ? I never seen it before in my Mac

Next time it occurs enter your Mac password and choose to always allow. The prompt should then stop appearing. The Usernoted is a legit Apple service. It is safe and required to allow it.
