Need software update for my iPad

An iPad Air 1, iPad mini 2, or iPad mini 3 isn't capable of 13 or above; they require at least 2GB of RAM. To install 12.5.7, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.

If you're referring to an application and there's a version of it compatible with 12.5.7, update it in the App Store.

Hello~ Your iPad mini 3 can only be updated to iOS 12.5.7. If you need a higher version of iPadOS for some reason you need a newer device capable of running the OS that you require.
