Why is my MacBook Air asking for an Admin ID to update?
Its asking for Admin ID and everytime I use my apple ID its not working

It is not asking for your Apple ID and Apple ID password. It is asking for you to provide the user name and password of a local account that has Administrator privileges.
If you have never set up additional user accounts on your Mac, that will normally be the local account you use every day.
