Problem with shutdowns and X on battery

it all has started one week ago, simply the batter capacity decreased a lot, I left it at 21:00 with 60% and on 7 am in the morning it was turned off with 0%, then after plugging it to the charger and waiting like 5 minutes battery increased up to 45%

In the last 3 days, sometimes it shuts off randomly, but after attaching it to the power, and waiting couple of minutes it appears and X on battery icon (service) and after again 10 minutes it disappear.

I even reset the SMC but it didn't work.

By searching in health information it says:

  Condition: Normal

I kindly ask for your help because with this , I cannot work.

Seems like an issue makes no difference even if it says "normal"
