How can I fix iCloud backup issues on iPhone 16 Pro?

I purchased this phone in Oct 2024, it can never complete iCloud backup. Contacted Apple Support, and I have been patiently waited for three months, the specialist said never encounter this before, and now the phone has another problem, there is a blue box appearing on the phone, jumping from top to bottom. Restarting phone wouldn’t help and it just randomly happened and stopped.


contacted Apple Support today, MR STEVEN said it’s a software problem, so I am not eligible for a replacement phone! So I asked when will this be resolved as it has been three months and problem has not been resolved, I paid £1499 for this phone, and it is not fully functioning. He said as soon as possible and in the nearest future.


It frustrates me as I paid fortune for a phone that is not functioning.

As for the backup:

Did you try to disable the option to backup while using Mobile Data?

Make sure your iPhone is connected to a reliable, fast Wi-Fi network and your iPhone is being charged at the same time. Then tap on "Back up now" lock the screen by pressing the side button and give the iPhone time to back up.


And you will need enough free space in iCloud, at least 2-3time the size of the backup that has to be created.

Does the blue bar always appear over the part of the screen where you can put in things like a code or text?
