Forgot password emails sent to hidden email instead of actual email on x account

On x, I signed up using apple. I have since forgotten the password and now am trying to reset it so i clicked forgot password and now i needed to put the email associated with the account, I tried to put my email and it said it was wrong, I checked my account details and instead of using my actual parent email it used the hidden email and isnt forwarding the “forgot password” emails towards my actual email, so now im stuck with an x account i no longer want and no way to delete it because i dont have the password or email.
