Unable to access Photo Library for online photo development app

Running MacPro Sequoia 15.2. Photo Library is greyed out in Finder. When I look under System Settings/Privacy & Security/Photos/. Only 3 applications are granted access with no option that I can see to add the one I want to add. Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.2

Look in the documentation for the application you want to use and see if it claims to work with the Photos application and library.

Your problem title mentions "online photo development app". Is this a web application? That Settings stuff is only applicable to local applications.

I'm still puzzling over what you meant by "Photo Library is greyed out in Finder." Do you mean the actual Finder application, or a file locator in an Open dialog box, like in a browser?
