I have upgraded to OS 15.3 and my Brother HL-4570CDW color laser printer will only print in black and white. I can still connect and print to the printer but it will not print in color.
Brother support is unable to resolve this issue. Does anyone out there have any solutions (other than buying a new printer)?

Have you tried printing using IPP/IPPS?
First, reset the printing system: Reset the printing system on your Mac to solve a problem - Apple Support
Then launch Terminal app, and enter the command, and press return:
cupsctl WebInterface=yes
Then launch Safari, and enter the following address:
http://localhost:631/printers
Find and add the printer, and test printing.
It would seem the built-in (firmware) drivers used by IPP are not reporting color support, or it’s nit getting recognized.
Does this have the “latest” (2014) firmware loaded? I’d expect it does, if you’ve had discussions with Brother support.
Thank you for the reply. This did not solve my problem BUT I think I see a or the problem. My driver comes up with this "Generic PCL Laser Printer (grayscale, 2-sided printing)". I assume it needs to say "color" not "grayscale". I do not seem to have any other options though.

In the report Node Firmware Ver. is "Firmware Ver.1.05 (12.06.14).
