i was sitting randomly has saw multiple requests saying request has been blocked .I am attaching snapshot,
I remember I accidentally messaged a random number faking to be different person.He asked to call but never called since then blocked and reported spam.
Today I saw this message after about 3 days.Is this something to be worried about?

Absolutely not. Sending texts cannot in any way compromise your iPhone. An iPhone cannot be remotely compromised unless you the user intentionally disable all security features, known as Jailbreaking. I doubt you would even know how to do that anyway.
