"Call dropping issue on my iPhone 14 Pro Max post iOS 18.3.1 update: This happened for me first time ever. I was on speaker with my mom and the phone dropped in middle of call. Should I be worried ? has this happened to a lot of people on this update?"

Troubleshooting Cellular Errors After an Update:
I. Report this to Apple...
Yes. This is a well-known issue as of the most-recently released update. Question is: "Just how many people have actually reported this to Apple?"
So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of you occurrences, if you don't report it to them.
- Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
- Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread
- Proceed from there as necessary
II. Refer to the Following:
A. Read Here: If you see a Cellular, Ultra Wideband, or Apple Pay Issue Message After an iOS Update or Restart - Apple Support
B. Install a Cellular Update:
It might be prompting you for a cellular update to install. So, go here for that. Update your carrier settings manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
C. "No Service":
If "No Service" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
