Can I stream music wirelessly from my iPhone to iPod Hi-Fi?

I have an Apple A1121 speaker and I'm hoping to make it Bluetooth-capable by plugging something into the 3.5mm audio connecter on the speaker OR the iPod dock so I can play music from my iPhone over Bluetooth. Any suggestions on what cables/equipment I need would be very much appreciated!

Ah, the iPod Hi-Fi. What a lovely gem. I love those - lucky for you to have one that's working.

Here's what you'll need:

An AirPort Express base station and a 3.5mm audio cable.

You can have the AirPort Express station connect to your Wifi and it will represent itself as an AirPlay resource on your iPhone. This is the most reliable option.

That said, Apple doesn't make the AirPort Express anymore, so you would have to pick a used one up somewhere. There is also a product from Belkin that can do this. It's called Belkin SoundForm Connect AirPlay 2 Adapter & Airplay 2 Receiver. This can be purchased online as a new product and works pretty much the same way.

Enjoy your iPod Hi-Fi. ❤️

There are a lot of options out there. Basically search amazon for a “3.5mm Aux Bluetooth adapter

i would lean towards those with at least Bluetooth 5.0 standard. Maybe better is Bluetooth 5.3. These are more power efficient and work more reliable.
