My elderly parent continues to accidentally turn on Do Not Disturb. Then she can’t receive calls and we can’t help her fix. Need a way to disable this option all together.

Yes there is, if your iPhone is capable of, and running iOS 18 or higher. Simply access the Control Center, and delete the Focus option on her iPhone as shown here under the "Customize Controls" heading.

I don't know. She's 94 and I'm not with her all the time. She's likely just pushing the screen indiscriminately. However, I have also turned on Do Not Disturb on my phone by mistake and it's extremely frustrating. Is there a way to remove it from the screen so it's not even an option to select? That's what I would prefer for her and for me. I really dislike the new "Focus" features and would prefer to disable them.
