Safari tabs and history gone

I suddenly opened my safari and all my tabs were gone. I didn’t close them at all. This also never happened before, all my tabs were always there whenever i’d open Safari. Both public and private tabs are gone. And all the history on Safari as well (when I searched for a tab in recently closed, nothing showed. It was blank). I don’t know how that happened. How can I get my tabs back?? Thank you. For info, i have an iPhone 11 with iOS 17.4.1
