How do I enable antialiasing for text on Mac Mini M4 Pro with Sequoia 15.2?

Just got new Mac Mini M4 Pro and the text looks horrible. I have read that there is no antialiasing in Sequoia 15.2. I NEED this fixed. The text looks worse than on the Vic-20 I had as a child. I paid $2600 for this thing. Please.

Ok this is embarrassing, but in case it helps anyone else, I’ll put this out there. Somehow my monitor got into “Cinema” mode. When I flipped it back to Standard it looked ok. This is a pretty basic Samsung monitor, maybe 6 or 7 years old.
