iPad Pro M4 with iOS 18.3.1 streams black screen from Ebitcam and MIPC apps

Just purchased a new iPad Pro M4 and configured from my old. Updated through to iOS 18.3.1. All functions perfectly except my IP Cloud Camera apps. Have 11 IP Cameras and when I open either Ebitcam or MIPC apps all loads and refreshes properly to the collage of all camera images properly. However if I click on one camera to go into streaming all comes forward properly and looks like its streaming (kb’s going up and down) but streamed screen image is black (blank). Not the cameras as still stream properly on my iPhones and old iPad). Deleted and re-added apps, obviously rebooted iPad numerous times, changed back and forth display reference modes check location settings and all app settings all to no avail. All popular streaming video services stream properly as well as my saved videos in photos library and YouTube videos. My Reolink and WiseNet security systems also stream properly. Just a problem with these IP Cloud Cameras. Anyone run into this issue? Any suggestions?
