Where do I find Stickies data backup and restore it in the fresh MacOS installation

Where do we find stickies data backup and restore it in MacOS Sequoia ?

I have TimeMachine disk drive from the last installation where I can try to find the data file; if Apple has such a basic simple construct to restore Stickies data.

All this iCloud glory and MacOS doesn't backup Stickies data? 😂

Tried searching for solutions like this URL (Stickies in Catalina - Apple Community) but to no avail. Doesn't work. The location doesn't exist.
