Adding a credit card to my 13 old child apple pay

i am getting an empty screen when I try to add a credit card to my 13 years old child Apple Pay, when trying to add it to my Apple Pay everything works, any ideas why?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 18

I believe the minimum age for electronic wallets is 14 or 15. Please contact Apple Support in Israel. The support team there will have the most up to date and accurate information.

What country are you in? Apple’s minimum age is 13 to use an electronic wallet (Apple Wallet). However, many countries require the user to be older than 13 to use an e-wallet.
