The zero- and plus sign/questionmark-buttons do not work. I cant tell how long it has been like this, because i'm helping with mothers computer.
Iv'e tried reseting PRAM and SMC several 2-3 times but it didn't help.
I've also updated to OS Catalina. But it also didn't help.
Whats the next thing to do

Try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware related keyboard issue.

If it doesn't help, try to take your MacBook Air to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.

If they produce some other character, it could be a settings issue. Let us know if that is the case.
If they produce nothing at all, the internal keyboard is likely broken. Try an external keyboard to verify.
