My phone is updated to 18.3.1 and i usually have no problem with my phone until it changed the lock phone settings to 30 secs and my settings was 5 mins.
unfortunately I couldn’t change it as it became in light color (locked settings)
could you help me please

If you have a corporate Exchange account set up on your device, the administrators can enforce policies including the maximum timeout before the device locks.
The only way to overcome that is to remove the account from the device entirely.
This applies whether you added the account to the native mail app or are using the Microsoft Outlook app for iOS.
