How long does it take to replace a battery on an Apple Watch?
When will I receive my watch back? All it needed was a replacement battery

Sorry, but we are all just fellow users here and have no access to any information about your service. How long it took someone else to get their Watch back will probably have little relation to your service, since time of year, country, exact model etc. all will affect the timing. You can perhaps find out status through this web page:
