having trouble collaboration in iCloud

I tried to do everything that seems to be required to share and collaborate, but the recipients listed here cannot see the numbers doc. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong- non of these recipients can open this file that is on my iCloud Drive root directory.

The file was emailed during the share process to each of the listed members, all of whom are on Apple products.

Sending scans via email through Notes I scanned two documents in my Notes app. I chose the share icon and opted for email. It showed me the pdf in the body of the email, I added the to address and my actual email and hit send. I heard the "whoosh" but I CAN'T FIND THAT EMAIL ANYWHERE! Where can I find that sent email??? Microsoft Office Documents created on Mac not opening on a PC Hi, I create a lot of Word and Excel documents using the Office program for Mac. Often I have to send these as attachments to emails to other people. Many can open them without any difficulty whether they own a iMac or PC. However I have one contact who can never open a Office document sent to her by email, on her PC. I really cannot understand this because, as I say, others have no difficulty. Can anyone suggest reasons why she is having this trouble?? many thanks John

People can’t open my email attachments Hi I am using a MacBook Pro on the latest macOS as of writing this, I send multiple documents to people in a folder attached to an email but when they receive them I am told they cannot open the attachments is there any way I can change this. Thanks
