Keynote Video Scroll Bar Problem Using Mac OS Sequoia 15.3 and Keynote 14.3

I am attempting to use video scroll bars at the bottom of .mov videos in Keynote Presentation mode. The video scroll bar does appear if I use Mac OS Monterey 12.7.6 and Keynote 11.1. However, if I use Mac OS Sequoia 15.3 and Keynote 14.3, the video scroll bar does not appear using the same video.

I would like to use Sequoia 15.3 and Keynote 14.3 with the scroll bars. Any suggestions how to get the scroll bars to appear in .mov videos with Sequoia 15.3 and Keynote 14.3?

This likely has nothing to do with the OS version, more a difference in the settings for Keynote on the various machines

In Keynote -> Settings there are options for dealing with interactive content on slides:

These control whether the pointer is visible, whether the scrub scroll bar is visible, or whether you have to move the mouse to make it show.

I think there's an argument that this setting should be presentation-specific, not application-specific, but that sounds to me like what you're experiencing.

Thanks for your response. I have the settings as you suggest and the problem still persists. I called Apple Support regarding this and talked with a support person. He said he was just available for technical support and not operational support. He referred me to the operators manual which was of no help. To me, this may be a technical support issue. Technically the video control function works in one earlier configuration but does not in another later configuration. Sounds like it may be a bug of sorts in either the OS or Keynote that Apple Keynote is not admitting exists. Which is too bad. The earlier configuration that works well is very helpful but is forcing me to remain in an earlier version of the OS. Any other suggestions?
