Well......I was getting ready to post the below and then it happened again. See attached.....

Deleting the app jungle disk seems to have fixed issue. It wasn't listed anywhere in Activity Monitor but etrecheck had reported it crashed 666 times + 586 times. Started the same day I upgraded to Sequoia 15.1, then 15.3 a few days later.

I don't run any extensions (double checked) and only have power plugged in. Same results.

In reviewing report more I did notice at very bottom that JungleDisk had crashed 666 times in past few days. I haven't used it in years and it doesn't load on logging so not sure what's going on there. I removed it and cleared all the undeleted files it left behind. Rebooted. We'll see.

I had been dealing with my mac (16gb ram, 2tb ssd hard drive but only 1tb used up) saying it has run out of memory, for 3 months. It all happened when I went from MacOs 15.1 to 15.2. Going to 15.3 later, didn't fix the issue. Had to restart computer every 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Couldn't figure it out. I got a new computer because I just gave up. New computer has 24gb ram, 2tb ssd drive). Used migration assistant to transfer old computer files to new computer files. New computer had same issue! But this time it could last about 6 hours before giving me the running out of memory error. I had about 50 background extensions running. I turned half off, and ran computer, then kept doing it until I could narrow it down to one extension based on whether there was a memory issue or not. After months of trying to figure it out, I finally found the login extension that was the culprit. It was Jungle Disk! I wasn't even running the server anymore! It was for some old work but the background extension was still on. I went to the Jungle Disk website and it's a different company now called Cyber Fortress. I don't know when it changed, but I wonder if it's a combination of the company being different, some old code that wasn't being updated, or me not actually running the server, but still had the background extension on. Happy to say that I finally figured out the problem, but I bought a new MacBook Pro for no reason now because my old one works fine now. Oh, and I ran activity monitor and did all kinds of stuff, but Jungle Disk never showed up as having any significant memory, so I don't know what was actually going on behind the scenes of the computer.
