Why is PASviewService (background usage) and screen time unlock consuming battery on my iPhone 12?

My iphone12 is using its battery extremely fast. When checking screen time usage, I noticed a lot of time had been used on PASviewService (background usage) but Icannot find this app on my phone. I also noticed tome used on screen time unlock, which appears to also be an app I don't see. Insteresting too, I noticed 12 local networks (see images) but the iphone displays none. What is happening? My phone has the latest update.

Hi Lawrence Finch, AI shows that "PassView is a collection of password recovery tools that can reveal passwords stored in browsers, email clients, and other applications," which goes along with your answer (meaning that I have an app that is looking for password in my iphone?) , but note that AI uses PASSview with double s, and this thing on my phone shows as having one S.

That is an app that attempts to extract forgotten email passwords.

I am definitely not trying to extract forgotten passwords whatsoever (1hr and 17 min usage?). How do I remove or deactivate this thing from my iphone?
