Since Sequoia 15.3.1 update, Mac Pro 2019 randomly booting into wrong display on a two display system
Since today's update to Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70), I have had issues with my Mac Pro 2019 (16-core, 96GB RAM) starting up on the left monitor instead of the right. Only a shut down and restart restores the default setting. I tried swapping cables, and choosing Arrange in Settings > Displays, but always end up having to put everything back the way it was when it was working, and then just shut down again and reboot.
My setup has always been to have the Menu Bar on the right hand display. The Mac boots into the right hand display, such that items can be dragged from left to right between the two monitors. That is currently working as I write this, but every so often, the Mac is now booting into the left display, and putting the Menu Bar in the left display, such that if I drag to the right, it stops dead, and if I drag to the left, it moves to the right hand display from the right hand side.
The displays are MSI MAG 32" 4K set to 2560 x 1440 @ 60.00Hz and both are connected via Apple Thunderbolt 4 USB-C cables to the built in AMD Radeon Pro Vega II graphics card. When this issue started, I moved the cables from USB-C slots 1 & 2 to USB-C slots 3 & 4 on the graphics card, but the random switching still occurs.
