Why can't I see when a non-iPhone user reads my text message?
I use to be able to see when a non-iPhone read the text message I sent. Now, I can’t. What happen? Was this feature taking away?

The non-iphone user needs to have RCS enabled (as do you) in their chat client. If they still do it's likely an issue with one of your cell providers, yours or theirs.
Anytime I've seen mine lose RCS temporarily it's come back on it's own. I also had to reset network settings to get it to work properly too, you could try that if all else fails.
