That's VERY unlikely. Why do you believe your phone has been hacked? Did you by chance get a common scam message that they have access to your photos and threaten to send them to your contacts? It's a scam. No one can just hack into your phone or see your photos. But they sure can try to scare you into believing they can and did.

It’s always like 10 units in my iCloud account and i get them away and next time i check is like 15 in my iCloud account i have to delete this account fast can somebody help me with that

That doesn't make sense. What are these "units" you are talking about?

As for deleting your Apple Account, that would not be a good idea.

  • You need an Apple Account to enable Find My – and you need Find My to be able to mark your phone as Lost, and to make a remote Erase request, in the event that you lose it, or someone steals it.
  • All of the apps that you downloaded from the App Store are tied to your Apple Account.
  • The same goes for any movies or TV shows that you downloaded from the iTunes Store.
  • The same goes for any Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, or Apple News subscription.
  • All of your iCloud backups and iCloud synchronization (e.g., iCloud Photos) is relative to an Apple Account. If you are not backing up or synchronizing your data, and something happens to your phone (security lockout, truck runs over it, thief steals it), you can say "bye bye" to all of your photos and other data.
