How do I fix iPhone XR logo loop without losing data?

so my iPhone XR is on a logo loop. The logo will show up and then turn off. I've tried every possible way to fix it, from following every step on (support.apple.com/restore), I've searched up videos on how to hard rest my phone and that doesn't work. I've tried to hard factory reset it Aswell and that doesn't work. i even tried to over heat my phone so the screen will switch to "phone is over heating please cool down before use" and that still doesn't work. I don't even know how this happened in the first place. One moment i was on my phone fully charged and then i set it down to go somewhere. Next thing i know i come back and my phone is now doing the logo loop. i dont know what eles to do and i would like my phone fix without having to factory reset and lose everything.
